Based on the set and tone of this show, it’s either the Charlie Rose show with a guest host or it’s a public access cable show.
I myself perform on public access cable tv. When we say ‘nut bracket’ on my show (Monty the Mechanic), we mean something different than what this ersatz Amelia Earhart is talking about.
